About

Two people. One very common problem.

XPcent is a partnership between someone who knows how people-heavy businesses really run and someone who builds the systems that run them better. You deal with us directly, from the first call to the last fix.

Who you’ll work with

No account managers. No handoffs.

How we work

Six rules we don’t bend

More from the team you have

We take admin off your people so they spend more time with clients. We never pitch headcount cuts.

Every number shows its working

If we can’t explain how we got a figure, it doesn’t go in front of you. Estimates are labelled as estimates.

A person makes the call

Anything that affects a client or candidate gets checked by a human. The AI drafts; your people decide.

Nothing ripped out

We build inside the tools you already pay for. If your CRM can already do it, we switch it on instead of selling you something.

You own it

Your accounts, your data, your setup. No lock-in and no fee to keep what we built running.

Not used means not finished

We measure adoption after launch. A build nobody uses is a build that failed, and we fix it.

The one we’re strictest about

If it isn’t worth doing, we’ll tell you.

Often in the first conversation. A five-person firm often doesn’t need us yet, and saying so costs us less than a project that doesn’t pay back.
